Booking Regulations

Phone, write, send a fax or email, or fill in the form on the website to inform us of the period and type of accommodation and to check availability.

After we confirm availability, you will need to send a deposit and indicate the exact day of arrival and departure, the number of people, type of tent, caravan or camper and its dimensions.

The booking will only be complete when we have sent you a confirmation letter.

The booking will be kept for you until the day after your arrival date; after which your booking will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit.

If you need to cancel your booking, you will get 50% of the deposit back if the cancellation is made by letter, fax or email at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

Any early departure, for whatever reason, will not lead to a discount or refund on the booking period.

Pitches and mobile homes are assigned by management.

Bookings are accepted from 15th November.

To book a pitch

(min. 7 days):

30% deposit of total amount and rest on arrival

To book a mobile home

(min. 7 days):

30% deposit of total amount and rest on arrival

The deposit must be received within 3 days after the booking request; after which the booking will be cancelled even with no communication from the customer.

Bookings must be a minimum of 14 days in high season for both pitches and bungalows.
